Who controls your data
CUEcumber is the controller of the personal data collected through this waitlist. For privacy questions, requests, or deletion, email privacy@cuecumber.io. For general help, email support@cuecumber.io.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- your email address and city;
- any optional games, level, playing frequency, and preferred venue you add;
- the version and time of your consent;
- referral and UTM campaign details from the link you used, when present; and
- your country, derived from Cloudflare's country header.
We use your IP address briefly to limit abusive requests. We do not store IP addresses in the waitlist database or our application logs.
Why we use it
We use your details to tell you when CUEcumber launches or becomes available in your city. We also use grouped, non-personal totals to understand demand by city and plan the rollout.
Our lawful basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Your consent also covers launch emails under Article 398 of Poland's Electronic Communications Law. You may withdraw it at any time.
Email confirmation
We do not send emails during the waitlist phase. If we email you to reconfirm that you still want to hear from CUEcumber, we will delete your waitlist entry if you do not confirm.
Service providers and sharing
Cloudflare processes data for us. It provides hosting, our D1 database in the EU jurisdiction, Turnstile bot protection, and cookieless Web Analytics. We do not set tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal data.
We may disclose data if the law requires it. We do not share your waitlist details with clubs or marketing partners.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist data until CUEcumber launches in your city and we have invited you, or until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data, whichever comes first. If we email you to reconfirm your interest, we delete entries that do not confirm.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you access to your personal data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict how we use it;
- provide a portable copy; or
- stop processing it by withdrawing your consent.
Email privacy@cuecumber.io to exercise any of these rights. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before your withdrawal.
You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), at uodo.gov.pl.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date and version shown at the top of this page. A new use of your data may require new consent.
