These terms apply to the CUEcumber pre-launch website and waitlist. CUEcumber is not yet a live cue-sports service.
Using this site
You may browse the site and join the waitlist for yourself. Please give us accurate information and only submit an email address you are allowed to use.
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, bypass security or rate limits, submit automated or fraudulent signups, or use it unlawfully.
The waitlist is not a promise
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reservation, or right to access CUEcumber. We do not promise a launch date, launch in any particular city, or access to a future service. Plans and features may change before launch.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how you can withdraw from the waitlist.
Our content
The CUEcumber name, branding, website, text, graphics, and other site content belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them commercially without permission. You may share links to the public site.
Availability and liability
We provide this pre-launch site as available. It may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
Polish law governs these terms. Any mandatory rights or court protections available to you as a consumer still apply.
